What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within Brantford and surrounding areas within a 10km radius. Delivery fees vary based on distance. You can check if your address is within our delivery zone by entering it during the online ordering process.

How far in advance should I book catering?

For small events (under 20 people), we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For larger events (20+ people) or weddings, we suggest booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes! We offer several vegetarian and vegan options, including our popular callaloo, vegetable curry, rice and peas, and fried plantains. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when ordering so we can accommodate your needs.

What is your cancellation policy for events?

For private events and catering, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

For takeout and delivery orders, modifications can be made if you contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order. For catering and event orders, modifications can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event time.
